Dedication: this week 2-3 of 4 days, after this week promised 4/4 days of raiding, ok with raid time.
I say "welcome to guild" but ofc wait for GM's decision.

Gear is good
Gems and Enchants need some minor changes
I don't understand the Meta gem as you get 40% reduced threat from talents.
