How to Hear Bolin on Ventrilo

I know this post may be retarded , but a lot of new people in guild have problems with hearing Bolin over Ventrilo... so i made this post to solve this problem so we wont have to solve it on raid times , ok here it goes !
1 : When you join ventrilo , Right click on Bolin name , select Miscellaneous , and then click on Special Effects
2 : Select Volume out of "Available" Window and press ADD that should move it to "Current" , double click it there
3 : New Window should pop-up , move bar up to 800% Voila !
